Exchange Policy for Drility

Thank you for choosing Drility! We appreciate your support and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our exchange policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Exchange

1.1. We accept exchanges within 2 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Initiating an Exchange

2.1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@drility.com.

2.2. Securely pack the item and include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the package's exterior.

3. Exchange Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange results from a Drility error.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Drility is not liable for lost or damaged items during the exchange process.

4. Exchanges Process

4.1. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will arrange for the exchange based on product availability.

5. No Refund or Return Policy

5.1. Please note that Drility does not have a refund or return policy. Exchanges are the only form of transaction permitted.
